Returns:
We offer a 45-day return policy. Items must be in new condition to be eligible. Please contact us to process your return request. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that result in the shipment of incorrect products will also be accepted for return. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs and returning the item to us. Shipping charges are not refundable in all circumstances.
Exchange:
We offer a standard 45-day exchange policy. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to process your request. Exchanges only qualify if the item is in new condition and in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs when sending the item back for exchange.
